1. Cancellation Policy

• 1.1 Admission cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@softroniics.com.
• 1.2 Cancellation of admission is permitted; however, such requests shall not qualify for any refund.
• 1.3 The institution reserves the right to deny services to students who fail to adhere to the prescribed cancellation procedure.

2. Refund Policy

• 2.1 Course fees and admission fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• 2.2 No exceptions shall be made with respect to the refund policy, irrespective of the reason for withdrawal or cancellation.
• 2.3 By proceeding with the admission, the student acknowledges and agrees to abide by this non-refundable policy in full.
